Design inspiration
A few looks Houston homeowners ask for most. Bring the ones you like to your design visit and we'll model your version in 3D, fitted to your lot, your easements and your budget.
Photos on this site are style references to help you choose a direction. Before you sign anything, we'll show you finished pools by the builder assigned to your project.
Every feature here gets planned into the structure and plumbing from day one. That's why it pays to decide before the dig.

Stone-wrapped slides, caves and jump rocks, engineered with the shell so they look like they belong.
A shallow shelf for loungers, umbrellas and toddlers. Usually the busiest spot in the pool.
Fire pits, fire bowls, scuppers and sheer descents that carry the yard after dark.
A spillover spa with its own heat and jets keeps the pool earning its place in January.
Shade, grills and swim-up bars planned with the pool so the levels and sightlines line up.
Color LED lighting, variable-speed pumps and phone control for heat, lights and cleaning.
Every pool runs the same countdown. You always know which step you're on, what it costs and what happens next.
We walk the yard, measure and talk through how you'll use it. About an hour at your home.
See your pool modeled on your lot, with an itemized price from the builder before you commit.
You sign directly with the builder. We prepare the permit and HOA packets and track approvals.
Excavation, rebar, plumbing and the concrete shell. The yard changes fast in these first weeks.
The finishes you picked go in, and the equipment pad gets plumbed and wired.
Interior finish, fill, start-up and a walkthrough of your equipment. Then you swim.
We're your design and project team. Construction is done by an independent, insured Houston pool builder we match to your project, and your build contract is directly with them. Here's what that means for you.

In Greater Houston, most custom gunite pools run from about $70,000 to $150,000, and resort-style yards with pavilions and outdoor kitchens go higher. Your quote is itemized, so you can see what each feature adds before you decide.
Plan on a week or two for design, a few weeks for permits and HOA approval, then roughly 8 to 16 weeks of construction. Rain and custom features can stretch that, and we'll tell you when they do.
An independent Houston pool builder that we've vetted and matched to your project. Your construction contract is with that builder, and we stay on as your project team until start-up.
You pay the builder in stages written into your contract: a deposit to start, then draws at milestones like excavation, gunite and plaster. You always know what the next payment is for.
Almost always. Pools inside city limits need permits and inspections, and most Houston-area HOAs review plans first. We prepare both packets.
It's the reason engineering matters here. Expansive clay moves with moisture, so the shell's steel and the deck drainage are designed for your soil instead of copied from a template.
Yes. Many homeowners use a pool loan or home equity. We can point you to lenders who fund pool projects. Approval and terms are between you and the lender.
